Ongoing billing
The core offer covers ongoing professional claims for the endocrinology office visits accepted in your agreement. Start with completed, clinician-coded encounters; keep specialty procedures and supplier billing outside that scope until separately reviewed.
Check supplied encounter and insurance information for missing billing details, submit agreed office-visit claims, and correct submission rejections.
Post available remittances and payments for the managed claims. Flag unpaid or partially paid items that need review.
Work routine claim-status questions and administrative denials. Route documentation or clinical questions back to your practice.
Provide a monthly summary of collections, outstanding managed claims, and next actions. Keep claims from before the start date in a separate handoff list.
For practices accepted after a fit review. Your clinicians retain clinical decisions, code selection, and documentation; we flag missing information. We confirm payer, service, and EHR access before work begins. Accepted core work stays at the published 4% rate.
The details matter
An office visit, an outside lab order, and a device-related request can involve different people. Start by identifying what your practice bills and who owns each follow-up.
Separate office visits and practice-billed testing from services billed by another organization. That boundary shapes the support you need.
Map where orders, documentation requests, and billing questions go when a laboratory or device supplier is involved.
Keep new billing work and existing unpaid claims visible separately so nothing is assumed to transfer automatically.
How it works
Bring your payer mix, current software, and the billing tasks that take the most time.
We review workflow fit, responsibilities, access, and pricing before you decide.
If there’s a fit, we plan the handoff together. Your practice stays in control.
Simple percentage pricing
4%
of net collections on claims we manage
One fixed percentage for ongoing core billing, with no setup fee, volume tiers, or monthly minimum.
Discuss your practiceInsurer payments and related patient payments actually received for claims we manage, less refunds, payer recoupments, and payment-processing fees. Patient payments count once when applied to a managed claim; unapplied deposits are excluded. If a counted payment is later refunded or recouped, we credit the corresponding billing fee. We do not charge on unpaid claims, billed charges, or revenue outside our billing scope.
$10,000 net collections → $400 billing fee
Illustrative monthly net collections; not a revenue forecast.
Claim submission, payment posting, rejection corrections, routine administrative denial and payer follow-up, and a monthly billing summary for the agreed ongoing claims.
Credentialing and payer enrollment, prior authorization requests and renewals, historical A/R cleanup, clinical coding, complex clinical appeals, DME, outside-laboratory or supplier claims, testing, procedures, and device-related professional services outside the agreed office-visit scope. Patient statements and patient-balance collection are not included.
Third-party EHR, clearinghouse, and payment-processing charges remain separate. Excluded services are not automatically available as add-ons. Any additional service requires a separate written scope and price before work starts. Confirm fit with George before enrolling.
Good questions
A few things to know about billing support for endocrinology practices.
Yes. Bring your service mix so George can distinguish practice-billed work from outside-supplier work. Device, DME, laboratory, and procedure billing are not automatically included in a proposed service.
Existing unpaid claims need a separate decision about access, ownership, cutoff dates, and fees. Bring an aggregate aging summary so that older work is visible before a handoff is proposed.
George reviews your EHR and the access needed for the proposed tasks. Compatibility must be confirmed before an agreement; this site does not promise an integration with every system.
4% of net collections for claims we manage. This means insurer payments plus related patient payments actually received, less refunds, payer recoupments, and payment-processing fees. Patient payments count once when applied to a managed claim; unapplied deposits are excluded. If a counted payment is later refunded or recouped, we credit the corresponding billing fee. The fee does not apply to unpaid charges or unrelated practice revenue. For example, $10,000 in net collections means a $400 billing fee. The rate covers ongoing core billing; excluded work is agreed separately before it begins.
